This 1 day workshop is all about planning your year to meet a desired outcome.
We will be doing breathing techniques to relax and let go of past behaviours. Completing a Goal setting exercise. You will be deciding on an achievable goal for the coming year and we will do some action steps to make sure that it's attainable.
Then after you know consciously, what you'd like to achieve for this year, we'll be doing a reflective process to cement it into your unconscious mind, where all change happens as well as eliminating any obstacles that might get in your way of you achieving your goals.
Mind, body and soul 1 day workshop
This interactive workshop includes Pilates and stretching class to energise and at the same time relax you for the day ahead. After Pilates and Stretching we will explore and explain how the mind actually works. Then we will go through a goal setting exercise to help clarify what it is that you'd like to achieve and by when; and create a few points that you can action immediately to achieve that end result making a mind map to display and remind yourself. Then, we create a mind map to remind and reinforce your choices and finally a reflective process to cement this desired outcome into the unconscious mind – where all change happens. The last part of the workshop is a lovely relaxing meditation session. The people who came through this workshop last month absolutely loved it and had amazingly positive feedback, join us this time.
